We are happy to accept returns for a full refund up to 7 days or store credit up to 14 days. Please reach out by email or phone to begin a return process.
- All returned or exchanged items must include the original receipt, not have been worn, have tags attached, and have no stains, smells, or pet hair.
- Return window starts 24 hours after order is placed online for IN STORE PICK-UP or the date the order arrives when shipped by us.
- You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within four weeks of mailing your return package to Scout and Molly’s.
- All sales are FINAL on jewelry, clearance items, masks, Nourish Natural Products, weekly deals and special orders.
