COVID-19 Updates

We are currently offering free shipping to all orders over $100 going to a US address ($7.95 shipping for all other orders) or free curbside pick-up for our local addresses (Brookfield, WI). Packages will be shipped out with standard shipping within 2-3 business days from your order date (no shipment on weekends). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out - we are happy to help style you in any way we can! 

 

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund up to 7 days or a store credit up to 14 days. Please reach out by email or phone to begin a return process.
 

  • All returned or exchanged items must include the original receipt, not have been worn, have tags attached, and have no stains, smells, or pet hair.  
  • Return window starts 24 hours after order is placed online for IN STORE PICK-UP or the date the order arrives when shipped by us. 
  • You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within four weeks of mailing your return package to Scout and Molly’s.
  • All sales are FINAL on jewelry, clearance items, masks, Nourish Natural Products, weekly deals and special orders.
  • HOLIDAY RETURNS: All returns with a gift receipt will be accepted for in store credit only until JANUARY 7th, 2021. 

 

SHIPPING

  • We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days from purchase date. 
  • Free store pick-up is available if order is picked up at our location in Brookfield, Wisconsin. 

 

We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error i.e. we shipped an incorrect or defective item. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

CURBSIDE & IN-STORE PICKUP

  • If you would like to do CURBSIDE pickup, select PICKUP at checkout. We will give you further instructions on where to park through text once we have received your order. 
  • If you would like to do IN-STORE pickup, select PICKUP at checkout. We will text you once your order is ready.
